Referal Portal

The Medfusion Referral Portal will ease the physician to physician referral process by enabling you to send and receive referrals electronically. Information, including the patient demographic and insurance information, as well as the reason for referral and any supporting medical notes and images can be sent. You can use standard referral forms, or in combination with the Custom Form Builder, you can build custom referral intake forms. The Referral Portal will allow you to track the status of the referral at any time and receive a consult report from the other provider quickly.
