How does your program compare to the others I see advertised?

Our Interactive HIPAA compliance software is fast
and easy to use! With our program, you can create customized HIPAA manuals
in just 4-6 hours. Our software is completely interactive when your staff
works with the program. Many of the HIPAA regulations are mandatory implementation
requirements, yet still need to apply to your individual facility. During
the "interaction" process, each element of the required procedures is customized
by what you or your staff decides is your office's "best procedure." We have
had the opportunity to review 11 different programs, and the most obvious
difference is that our competitors' programs are not interactive, and they
generally provide you with "boiler plate" manuals that may not make you HIPAA
compliant. Our completed manual is approximately 52 pages long and includes
44 forms to turn the law into a procedure.

Our software program package gives you ALL the tools you need to make the
HIPAA Compliance process easy. We provide you with a "E-Z REFERENCE GUIDE" to
make day-to-day work easy for your staff. Essentially, this guide breaks
the manual and law down into daily functions. For example, the first section
of the "QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE" summarizes which forms and procedures apply
to a new or established patient, and serves as an easy way for your staff
to get the job done. This "E-Z REFERENCE GUIDE" prints out from the program
and can be immediately utilized by your staff. The competition cannot do
this as efficiently as we can.

With every policy or procedure, there is an explanation of the law and a
button that allows you to actually view the applicable law for that section.
In fact, our program contains a completely hyperlinked (proprietary) copy
of the law which you or your staff can use to reference or print out. The
competition does not give you any of the law or a way for you to verify what
you are actually doing; they assume that you do not need it. Even those that
do provide you with a copy of the law do not make it easy to read or understand
the way that our program does. Let's face it; if you can't read and understand
the law, you can't apply it.

The HIPAA law contains a lot of new terminology. Our program gives you a
complete "GLOSSARY OF TERMS" used in the HIPAA regulations. Most of the competition
does not provide this information; they assume you do not need it.

the new HIPAA regulations, including the required forms. There is a menu
of all of these forms that allows you to print any or all forms any time
you need them! They will print out completely customized with your practice
data, and you can actually fill the blanks out on the computer and print

at turning this law into a procedure. With the proper forms, your facility
can comply with HIPAA regulations in the normal course of doing business,
instead of stopping and looking up what is required each time.

a Policy and Procedure manual and an Administrative Compliance manual (the
second is an exclusive feature of the H.J. Ross Company Interactive
HIPAA Program). The Administrative Compliance manual is for
all of your office's required documentation as required by the HIPAA law.
There are 19 forms that can be used with this manual to assist you in staying
compliant with this law. Most of the competition does not provide you with
any manuals or manual sections. The Administrative Compliance manual is unique
to our approach, and helps you turn the law into a procedure.
